We offer repair services for the following:
For items booked in through the shop, we charge £30 + VAT per hour workbench time plus any parts required. If the job will cost less than £65 + VAT to complete, whilst we have it on the bench we will complete the repair. If after diagnosing the fault, it will be over £65 + VAT, we will ring you with an estimate to complete the repair before we continue. There is a minimum charge of £20 + VAT to cover the work done to diagnose the fault should you decide not to go ahead. Diagnosis of Notebook Internal Hardware faults will normally incur a higher minimum charge, however, as this depends on the type of fault and make of the Notebook, we will advise you of the minimum charge before we book the item in. The reason for this is that it usually takes far longer to diagnose an internal fault on a Notebook Computer than it does on a PC. Written Insurance quotations are charged at £25 + VAT. Please contact us for pricing and availability should you require the repairs to be performed on-site or you have an emergency repair. |
